Christmas business
I’ve resolved to it… this time, I am actually going to stick to my blog! I finally have one pretty much just how I want it, so with any luck that’ll help… And the prospect of having to go through and update every Blog link on my site should help provide motivation too :P
So then… it’s nearly Christmas, joy to the world and all that. My Christmas run-up hasn’t been what you’d call enjoyable, I have no money and have only been able to buy three people presents, Anthony’s Christmas package arrived this morning from the US and I have yet to send his – eek the organisational skills there! – my best friend has isolated herself from everyone but me and a couple of other people and is having a breakdown… I look after her, I’ll do anything to keep her safe and try to make her a little happier, but it’ s helluva lot of work and involves talking well into the early hours, I woke up an hour after school started yesterday, the holidays can’t come soon enough! And of course to top all that off, I have a ton of coursework to do. Why is it that teachers believe that they’re the only ones who don’t have time to do loads of coursework right before Christmas?!?! So I’ll be spending tonight doing English (in theory), tomorrow doing Sciences, the weekend doing more Sciences and German and possibly a little more English, as well as working on these upload guidelines and the new majors tutorial, and the Q-Xpress FAQ…. phew! And of course in amongst all that I need to get to the post office and send off my application form for Sixth Form.
